About the name:

Kill The Damn Fool is from the song Hold On. why I picked it? well because the album was already untitled... it was tricky... I would of gone for Sing Sorrow... but thats the name of their bonus song... Anyway I'm happy with my choice of Kill The Damn Fool and I hope you all are too.
